KENNEDY JUNIOR RETURNS POLICY
SECTION 1 - EXCHANGE AND CHANGE OF MIND
In the event that the customer receives the wrong product or changes their mind on which product they would like, Kennedy Junior will allow for an exchange of products in the same range. Given that all dimensions, a detailed description and product photographs are provided on the website, Kennedy Junior does not allow for refunds in the event that the customer no longer wants the product they have purchased, only exchanges. An exchange will only be granted if the product is unused and in the same condition as it was received, and still contains the original packaging. If it has been longer than 14 days since receiving the product, unfortunately exchanges are no longer valid.
To complete your return, please send us an email at email@example.com and one of our support staff will mail the product returns form and return shipping address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
When returning a parcel, please ensure:
1. The item(s) is packed well to ensure it arrives in its original state, and use the original packaging
2. A letter or dispatch note is enclosed detailing the order number, your address, contact details and reason for return (This helps to process the exchange quickly)
Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for items during transit and all returns will be sent at your own cost.
We will aim to process the exchange as quickly as possible, usually within 7 working days.
Please be advised that Personalised products are not returnable unless faulty.
SECTION 2 - FAULTY AND DEFECTED ITEMS
In the event that a Kennedy Junior product is received with any minor or major defects or damage, Kennedy Junior is here to help repair/replace your faulty product as soon as possible.
A minor defect constitutes anything that can be easily fixed either by the customer themselves or by Kennedy Junior. In the event of a minor defect, Kennedy Junior support team may propose a number of options to the customer about how the item can be fixed or replaced. This may include sending the customer any tools or parts required to make the repair. In the event that the customer does not wish to make the repair him or herself, they must send the faulty product back to Kennedy Junior. The return shipping of a product with a minor fault will be paid at the expense of the customer. However, Kennedy Junior will cover the shipping of the repaired/replaced product back to the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A major fault constitutes anything that cannot be easily fixed or does not allow the product to perform its basic function. In the event of a major fault, Kennedy Junior will pay all return shipping expenses. Kennedy Junior will not pay return shipping expenses unless the customer produces a valid receipt, and the refund will be made when Kennedy Junior receives the product. Kennedy Junior will not pay for any express, expedited or premium shipping services. All refunds will be granted in Australian Dollars and any changes in currency exchange rates will not be accounted for. For a major fault, the product will only be repaired or replaced, however, full refunds for the product may be granted at the discretion of a Kennedy Junior representative. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
